5. Subscriptions & Payments

PremiumsOnly offers subscription-based access to creator content. By subscribing:

• You authorize PremiumsOnly to charge the applicable subscription fee to your selected payment method on a recurring basis.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis unless otherwise stated.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are generally not provided for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.
• PremiumsOnly may modify subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

Creators receive payouts according to our standard payment schedule, subject to applicable fees and minimum payout thresholds as outlined in our Creator Agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

The PremiumsOnly platform, including its design, features, logos, and original content, is owned by PremiumsOnly and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without express written permission.

Creators retain ownership of their User Content. By posting content on PremiumsOnly, creators grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and promote their content solely in connection with operating and improving the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
• Conduct that is harmful to other users, third parties, or the business interests of PremiumsOnly.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activity.
• Extended periods of inactivity.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PremiumsOnly's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to PremiumsOnly in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
